Here is what I ate the past few days:

8:00am

2 poached eggs, 1/2 avocado, 1 keto cinnamon roll

1:30pm

1 slice keto asparagus spinach lasagna

8:15am

2 poached eggs, 1 slice bacon, 1/2 avocado, dried thyme, sriracha

12:00pm

1/2 slice keto asparagus spinach lasagna

chicken and broccoli

sugar free dark chocolate w peanut butter
