2:00pm salad w blue cheese, peanut satay sauce, filet mignon, and asparagus, chocolate and vanilla pudding w keto chocolate chip cookie
6:30pm 1 grass fed beef stick and 1 string cheese
What surprised me about yesterday was even though I didn’t stick to eating within a narrow window of four hours of eating time, I lost a pound. Since I started eating later in the morning, it afforded me some later snacks. I got hungry within an hour of having my cereal, but I remembered someone saying that eating meat won’t kick you out of keto, which is the reason for choosing the meet and cheese.
The strategy I use for breakfast lately is to refrain from eating any carbs. So I cut out the slice of toast to save carbs for later on in the day for when I’m craving a snack and can enjoy cold cereal.
